AFCO Industrial & Chemicals Limited (AFCO) has made an acquisition
of share capital of Electromags Automotive Procduts Private Limited ("EAPL")
with effect from 1st December, 2006. AFCO is a wholly owned subsidiary
of The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation, Limited. Due to this
acquisition, EAPL has become a subsidiary of AFCO and an indirect
subsidiary of The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation, Limited.
